Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll keep you informed.

Domestic Shipping (South Africa) We offer shipping via Paxi to any PEP store nationwide. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
